Postage & Delivery Information

 

All Cuddledry orders are processed and posted within 2 working days.  If you need your Cuddledry posted urgently, please just let us know and this can be easily arranged. 

    This site uses Australia Post for all parcels containing up to 3 Cuddledrys and may use a courier for larger orders.  Customers will be advised if a courier is more suitable.


All WA orders are sent out in Express Post satchels

You will receive a tracking code once the parcel has been posted WA is usually 2 days for Express Post items but this is not guaranteed

    Your parcel will be taken to your local post office should nobody be at home to receive it.    In this situation we recommend having your parcel delivered to you at work for your convenience.  

 

  • Delivery time for all other orders will usually be between 1-7 business days depending on the destination
